We use data to run the site, create accounts and, in the product, analyze SEO for the organization that connects the sources.
On the institutional site, we collect what you submit when creating an account and cookies needed for the site to work. Analytics cookies only run with permission.
In the product, site, Search Console, Analytics, and CMS data stay isolated by organization. Access follows role permission. Export, integration revocation, and deletion follow the policy in the contract.
We do not publish claims on this page about training public models until contracts and architecture confirm the behavior. Additional details are in Security.
Sign-up and login go through the SeoHub API and Supabase. The session lives in HttpOnly cookies. Account and operations data sit in Postgres, tied to your organization.
Processors: Supabase (authentication), Stripe (payments), file storage from the configured provider, Google when you connect Search Console or Analytics, and OpenAI when content generation is on.
A request sent from Help is stored on the server, with name, email, message, and the site if one is selected. Support uses that data to reply.
The legal name of the SeoHub operator will be published on this page when it is set. For requests about your data, use the in-app support form or the contact named in the contract.
